Any reference to “IPTV” or similar terminology refers only to user-supplied media streams and does not imply content distribution.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all media sources, streams, or files you add to the App, ensuring you have the legal right to access, use, and view such content, and complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

The developer has no control, no visibility, and no involvement in user-provided content.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The App does not claim ownership over any user-provided content. You acknowledge that accessing or using copyrighted material without proper authorization may violate copyright laws. Any such violation is entirely your responsibility.

The developer disclaims all liability related to copyright infringement by users.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to access or distribute illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, bypass geographic or legal restrictions, or engage in unlawful or abusive activities.

Misuse of the App may result in suspension or termination of access.
